I am here to virtually assist you and your business. Working remotely, no job is too big or too small. I work alongside you, as a copilot of your business, so that you can get the most out of your days and not have to worry about the small stuff. I cover everything from email management, making and receiving phone calls, data entry, live event management, blog post creation and upkeep, creating and sending invoices and much, much more. If it’s admin related, I’ve got it covered.

About me:

My name is Clodagh (Clo), and I am primarily a Post Primary Teacher of English and Music. I have a BA from Maynooth University and a Professional Masters of Education from Trinity College Dublin. Before becoming a teacher I worked many administrative jobs and realised I loved doing the jobs that most people hate! The idea for “Clo’s Calls” came from several conversations I had during lockdown with people who HATE making phone calls for any reason. So, I thought to myself: I LOVE calling people! I love organising schedules, writing emails and letters, booking appointments (having booked many a driving lesson or doctors appointment for my friends all through college up until now), and I have a masters in English and lots of admin experience… I may as well use that, do the jobs people don’t want to do and become a virtual assistant! And so, “Clo’s Calls” was born. 

You give me a personal or professional job you don’t want to look after, or an appointment that you don’t have time to book and I will sort it for you. You can pay me per job, or you can pay me for a week or month and have me do as many jobs as you like! My digital assistant services are for everyone, whether you are an everyday person who hates making calls, or a small business owner who is snowed under with admin and can’t afford to hire a personal assistant full time – I’m your girl.
